Reference

I used to check the news constantly, as if staying informed every minute were a duty. In reality it left me anxious and no wiser. Now I read a proper summary once in the morning and once in the evening, and I ignore it in between. I know less about the hour-by-hour drama and more about what actually matters, and I sleep better for it.
