Speak for longer without stopping to search for words.
Fluency is the ability to keep going — to push through the gap where you would normally stop and search for a word. These exercises train exactly that, with drills that reward flow over speed and feedback that looks at your pauses, not just your grammar.

Look around or think of a situation and make guesses. Modals of deduction: must be, might be, could be, can't be.
Talk about a situation that didn't go well. Use past modals: should have, shouldn't have, could have, might have.
Tell a detailed story using past simple, past continuous and past perfect together: I had just… when… while…
Explain how something familiar is made, grown or done. Use the passive: it's made, it's grown, it's delivered.

Talk about your normal habits, then what is different 'these days'. Switch between present simple and continuous.
Describe a memorable day using 'so + adjective' and 'such (a) + noun': 'It was so hot'; 'It was such a long day'.
